The hotel itself was wonderful. Clean, a great breakfast, a huge lobby to eat breakfast in. The room was very clean on my arrival, had a comfortable bed, great shower, easy to use window shades that did a good job of blocking light. All in all, the room was just fine.

The room was very clean and neat. I am a clean freak and the staff did an exceptional job cleaning it. Blankets clean. Sheet clean.Mirrors clean w/o streaks. Hallway very clean. I was very please with my room and stay. Kudos to the staff. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and gave me water with my key. The woman who checked me out was pleasant too. The lobby was very clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn very much. First of all, it is a brand new hotel, and everything is sparkling clean. I appreciated that cleaning wipes are provided for free by the elevators, as an extra touch. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with everything the modern traveler could need.

Overall value was exceptional. The staff were helpful with s smile. MARY TORRES of thr breakfast staff was exceptional. She turned our question into action with a genuine smile. She gets it!!!!!. Best Trainor you could find.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We always travel with our dog and he was welcomed with a smile and a treat at the counter. The rooms and common areas are very clean.

Great location. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was very good snd a great value. I've never experienced 2 (Home2 and Hampton) hotels operating in the same building. Booking experience was confusing but it actually worked fine. Very nice clean facilities.

Best overall hotel in its price range in close proximity to Duke University . Rooms are spacious. Staff is very responsive. Breakfast (free) is decent compared to most hotels. I travel to Durham frequently and will plan on staying here regularly.

Location, amenities and a very good breakfast. The hotel is part Home2 and Hampton —for long and short stay. Lovely large area for for long term residents to play cards, watch Tv, swim, exercise and do laundry.
